1. Multi-Tenant Account Architecture

WorkStack is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built to automate business processes. Access is governed by a strict account hierarchy:

• The Business Owner. The individual who initializes the corporate account holds ultimate proprietary control over that specific tenancy. The Owner has the exclusive authority to generate unique invitation codes, establish user permission levels, manage subscription billing, and execute account disbandment. Disbandment by the Owner results in the permanent, un-recoverable erasure of all tenant data.
• The Members. Invited personnel who join an organization strictly via an Owner-generated invitation code. Members remain subject to administrative approval by the Owner before gaining access to the business data.
• Data Forfeiture and Separation. Upon the deletion or voluntary/involuntary termination of a Member seat within an organization, all data, logs, inputs, and operational history created by that Member remain the exclusive property of the Business Owner. Data access privileges do not transition back to an individual user private account.
• Vicarious Owner Liability. The Business Owner bears sole regulatory, civil, and criminal liability for all operations, document generation, and platform interactions executed by their onboarded Members.

2. Subscription Billing, Upfront Price Disclosures, and Cancellation

• Subscription Intervals. WorkStack Premium is provisioned on either a Monthly Basis or an Annual Basis, with total gross fees calculated dynamically against the volume of active Member seats allocated under the Owner tenancy.
• Upfront Pricing Mandate. In compliance with Section 115 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, all fee matrices, billing intervals, and automated renewal metrics are displayed conspicuously to the Owner prior to checkout.
• No Public Free Trials. Stack Company Limited does not offer standard, public, or automated free trials on its website or web application. Any free trials, promotional periods, or operational waivers are issued strictly at the sole discretion of the Company on a manual, case-by-case basis, and do not constitute an entitlement for general users.
• Multi-Channel Cancellation Mechanism. Subscriptions renew automatically. Owners can cancel recurring cycles at any time by utilizing the secure subscription dashboard link provided in any transactional receipt email generated by our third-party payment processor (Paystack), or by directly initiating a written ticket via support@workstack.com.ng. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing tenure.

3. Anti-Fraud Enforcement and Zero-Tolerance Standards

• Prohibited Content and Actions. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing WorkStack document generation suites to create fraudulent invoices, fictitious waybills, altered receipts, or misleading financial records. Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or scraping the WorkStack Core infrastructure is entirely banned.
• Cybercrime Enforcement. Stack Company Limited enforces a zero-tolerance infrastructure policy against advanced fee fraud ("Yahoo-Yahoo"), money laundering, and financial misrepresentation. If an account is flagged by our security monitors or reported for generating fraudulent business proofs, Stack Company Limited reserves the absolute right to execute an irreversible administrative ban.
• Law Enforcement Disclosures. In compliance with Section 37 of the 1999 Constitution and the Cybercrimes Act, any substantiated request or warrant from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) or the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) will result in the immediate handover of all relevant transactional ledgers, user metadata, and access logs.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Document Verification

WorkStack is provided "As-Is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated invoices, receipts, waybills, and inventory counts before presenting them to third parties. The user bears full responsibility for the validity of data entered into or generated by the Waybill system. We are not liable for any disputes arising between a business Owner, its Members, or logistics third parties.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stack Company Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the platform, any disputes between you and your clients, or any actions taken by your business Members.

1. Algorithmic Pricing and Route Execution

• Hard-Locked Checkout Pricing. Dash operates an upfront fixed delivery framework. The delivery fare is computed via a proprietary calculation algorithm considering dynamic variables (including distance, demand surges, school rush hours, and regional conditions) and is stated boldly to the user prior to checkout. Once an order is confirmed, this price is hard-locked.
• Route Deviation Immunity. The gross amount billed to the user and the standard payout allocated to the rider are entirely static. If a rider chooses a longer route, a detour, or a shortcut, the financial transaction amount between the platform and the user remains unaltered. Any changes to internal split structures between Dash and the rider do not affect the customer upfront cost.

2. Algorithmic Matching Framework and Courier Controls

• Platform Role. Dash acts strictly as a technology intermediary network. The platform does not directly select, assign, or command specific personnel for deliveries; it utilizes a matching algorithm to broadcast delivery demands to the best-fit independent runners based on proximity, ratings, and performance tiers.
• Quality Metrics and Throttling. Runners with poor feedback scores or low completion ratings are algorithmically restricted from accessing high-value delivery requests. Continued bad reviews will result in an account being put on a structural watch list, receiving shorter distance restrictions, or undergoing permanent termination.

3. Prohibited Courier Cargo and Verification Policies

• Banned Items. The dispatch, transport, or facilitation of any item that is illegal under the Constitution and federal statutes of Nigeria (including narcotics, unlicensed weapons, and forged currency) or explicitly prohibited under the relevant institutional student handbook (including campus contraband, unauthorized alcohol, or institutional rule violations) is strictly forbidden.
• Verification and Account Fraud. Dash uses secure third-party identity verification frameworks to onboard riders. The substitution or delegation of account access to unverified third parties is strictly prohibited. If a rider allows another individual to execute runs on their account, it will result in an immediate, permanent, system-wide ban for both parties.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Riders are explicitly classified as Independent Contractors (gig economy operators) and are not casual employees, permanent staff, or agents of Stack Company Limited. Riders retain complete autonomy regarding their operational availability, log-in durations, and fulfillment selections. Stack Company Limited disclaims all vicarious civil liability regarding a runner behavior, transit accidents, or regulatory infractions while performing peer-to-peer services.

5. Maximum Liability Cap and Value Declarations

• Absolute Parcel Ceiling. Users are strictly prohibited from using Dash by Stack to transport items with an individual or cumulative value exceeding ₦500,000. Users are strongly advised against using the service to transport high-value hardware such as smartphones, laptops, or delicate jewelry.
• The ₦5,000 Maximum Liability Shield. In the event of an operational failure, courier loss, package misplacement, or accidental destruction, the user explicitly agrees that the maximum financial liability of Stack Company Limited is strictly capped at ₦5,000 or the cost of the delivery fare, whichever is lower.
• Courier Recourse. All primary liability for intentional theft or negligence rests with the independent rider. Stack Company Limited may place the rider account on hold and terminate access, but does not assume financial indemnity for losses beyond the ₦5,000 cap.

1. Regulatory Alignment and Legal Status

This Privacy Policy is designed in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and Section 37 of the 1999 Constitution. Regarding localized company inputs, financial transaction ledgers, and operational business records generated on WorkStack, Stack Company Limited operates strictly as a Data Processor. The individual tenant business retains absolute status as the primary Data Controller.

2. Information Collected and Accessibility Controls

• Corporate Metadata. Business names, precise physical addresses, branding assets, corporate logos, and active employee invitation logs.
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII). First names, last names, valid email addresses, active WhatsApp phone numbers, and demographic verification indices (including age and place of birth records).
• Visibility Matrices. Once a Member joins a corporate account, their name, email, and tracking metrics become visible to the primary Account Owner and administrative managers.

3. Paystack Hosted Integration and Financial Anonymization

• Hosted Processing Interface. All transactional checkouts, card payments, tokenizations, and subscription authorizations are processed via secure Paystack Hosted Popup / Checkout windows.
• No Local Card Retention. Stack Company Limited does not capture, harvest, read, or retain sensitive financial information (including debit/credit card strings, expiration arrays, CVVs, or bank security PINs) on its databases.
• Independent Data Controller Status. In accordance with the NDPA 2023, Paystack operates as an Independent Data Controller regarding transaction safety and payment credential handling. Stack Company Limited disclaims all civil liability regarding security incidents or data handling anomalies within Paystack isolated processing ecosystem.

4. Data Security, Retention Limits, and Anti-Fraud Measures

• Data Security Protocols. The WorkStack Core engine utilizes standard database encryption protocols. Core corporate financial ledgers, customer debt books, item cost margins, and historical tracking paths are systematically encrypted to shield details from unauthorized breaches.
• Retention Boundaries. Stack Company Limited reserves the right to systematically purge or permanently archive information belonging to accounts that reflect total, uninterrupted inactivity exceeding 18 months. Owners retain the right to perform data extraction or request comprehensive account erasure at any point during active status.
• Anti-Fraud Re-Registration Prevention. To protect the platform from previously banned users, Stack Company Limited may retain anonymized, non-reversible identifiers to prevent restricted individuals from re-registering for Services. No plaintext personally identifiable information is retained in this process.

5. Service Connections and Third-Party Access

WorkStack allows you to connect your account to external services that utilize WorkStack as a seller dashboard (e.g., integrated marketplaces).

• User Control: You maintain full control over which services have access to your data.
• Permission Management: You can manage specific access levels or revoke a service access entirely at any time through your Settings page.
• Liability: Stack Company Limited is not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party services you explicitly authorize.

1. WorkStack Refunds

• System and Billing Errors. If a user experiences a double-charge or a verified transaction successfully processes but fails to provision WorkStack Premium system access, a full refund or system adjustment will be made upon review. All such technical remediation claims must be submitted to support@workstack.com.ng.
• User Subscription Omissions. If a user fails or forgets to cancel their subscription prior to an automated monthly or annual renewal, the transaction is deemed fully authorized. No refunds will be granted for user oversight or forgotten subscription renewals.
• Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, subject to the processing timeline of our payment partner, Paystack.

2. Dash by Stack Refunds

• System Errors. Verified technical duplication errors or double-charges will be fully refunded to the user payment source.
• User-Side Mistakes (The 48-Hour Limitation Rule). If a user enters an incorrect destination address, maps a wrong delivery location, or requests a cancellation due to private booking errors, a formal refund claim must be filed within a strict 48-hour window from the exact time of order placement. Failure to report the mistake within 48 hours constitutes an absolute waiver, and no refund will be processed.

3. General Refund Provisions

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Stack Company Limited reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above. For any refund inquiries, contact support@workstack.com.ng with your transaction reference, account email, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

1. Subsidiary Relationship

INTERFACE is a specialized UI/UX and Product Design agency operating under the corporate oversight of Stack Company Limited. All billing documentation, invoice generation, and escrow payment processing for INTERFACE clients are structurally managed by and centralized within the WorkStack ecosystem.

2. Scope of Design Services

INTERFACE provides professional design services including UI/UX design, prototyping, and brand systems. Specific deliverables are governed by the individual Project Brief or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Intellectual Property Allocation

• Primary Deliverables. All proprietary titles, copyrights, and intellectual property rights over finalized design components and source layouts (e.g., Figma project assets) transfer to the Client exclusively upon the complete settlement of all outstanding invoices.
• Preliminary and Draft Assets. INTERFACE explicitly retains ownership over all exploratory iterations, unselected wireframes, stylistic sketches, and working concepts generated throughout the design life cycle.
• Portfolio Display Rights. INTERFACE retains a perpetual, royalty-free right to exhibit completed visual layouts and production screenshots within its commercial marketing frameworks, unless explicitly overridden by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Unlimited Revision Architecture

INTERFACE provides an unlimited revision policy for its active design engagements, provided that all revision demands align strictly with the initial scope of work defined within the signed Project Brief or Service Level Agreement (SLA). Revision requests must be communicated within active project phases; retroactively demanding systemic layout alterations outside the established brief boundaries will trigger structural scope-change fees.

5. Professional Standard of Care

We utilize industry-standard tools (Figma) and principles to ensure high-quality output. INTERFACE is not liable for technical limitations of third-party platforms where designs are eventually implemented.
